Eligibility

In contrast to an open work permit, a closed work permit requires you to work in Canada for a designated employer and in a designated position.

 

Document Checklist

• Application of Change Conditions, Extend my stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM5710)

• Photocopy of Passport or travel document

• Labor market impact assessment LMIA , for the application for exemption of LMIA , it is necessary to prove that the conditions for exemption are met, and to provide proof that the employer has gone through the sponsorship procedures.

• Two Photo meeting the requirements of the Visa application photograph specifications, link. On the back of the two photos, write your name and date of birth.

• Proof of Payment
