A Photocopy of the information page of your valid passport or travel documents

Letter of acceptance from where you intend to study

MIDI’s letter of approval to your application for a “Certificat d’acceptation du Quebec” (CAQ)

Proof of financial support

Photocopy of your Marriage License Certificate

Any additional documents required by responsible visa office.
