Eligibility

In the event of loss, theft or destruction of an immigration document, a replacement can be requested.

There are some common documents that can be reissued, and documents that have passed the validity period can also apply for re-issuance.

• Visitor Visitor Record, 

• Work Permit, 

• Study Permit, 

• Temporary Resident Permit

 

Document Checklist 

• Replacement of Immigration Document Application form (IMM5009)

• Photocopy of two(2) identities.
